Legal Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Maximize the punctuality of every agreement and policy signing and realization
* Comply with all regulations related with industrial dispute between employees and UPH, company/employment regulations and any other legal cases
* Achieve the comprehensive, manageable, searchable documentation and filling for agreement, industrial dispute and other legal cases
Requirements:
* Posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Law
* Excellent understanding in Indonesian Labor regulation
General Requirements:
* All candidates should possess:
* Relevant experience and background
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written English)
