Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) is community college in Tanjung Pinang, Kepulauan Riau province, which was established on August 1, 2007. his university is a combination of 2 private universities: College of Social and Political Sciences (Stisipol) Raja Haji Fisabilillah (Tanjungpinang), Polytechnics (Batam), and added 2 new faculty.

UMRAH provides an opportunity for those interested to become a Lecturer in 2010. Currently, UMRAH Kepulauan Riau opened 29 formations permanent lecturers for the course:
